about

The lighter, funner facets of rocknroll, mostly. It's got beach-blanket bingo, D&D, cussin', kissin', adventure...

Thank you Friends, I enjoyed making this record with yall. I always learn a lot, and the deepest things we share--experience of the briefest seconds and simplest notes of music--stretch out in my mind to endless blissful moments. Especially when it's hard-going, your kind generosity with your art means more to me than perhaps you know. I just try to give my best in return. Yall still playin' and seekin' and I salute you. Salud!

about

Drew de Man & Ol' Cus Portland, Oregon

Resister. Lover. Craftsman. Born in Georgia with a hummingbird inside my chest. Spent years on the road with alt-country band No River City. Neo-griot-yogi-guitar-snake-charmer jamming on your porch. Hard travelin, bright americana folk-rock--try some ecstatic laughter with the tear in your beer. Dancing encouraged, hippies use side door. Good for splinters, asthma and broken hearts. ... more
